Underinsured Coverage In Armstrong v. Federated Mutual Insurance Co., 785 N.E.2d 284 (Ind. Ct. App. 2003), the Court of Appeals held that the standard language in underinsured motorist policies covering damages from "bodily injury" does not include claims for "loss of love and companionship." Therefore, the insureds were not entitled to recover uninsured benefits under the policy arising from the death of their daughter. |
